The story
We trained the talent. Then firms asked us to build the teams
Miles was founded by Varun Jain, a CPA and CMA who saw that India had the accounting graduates the world was short of, with too few routes into global careers.
Today Miles is India's largest U.S. CPA and CMA training provider. More than 80% of the CPAs in the country came through Miles. The community now reaches 1.2 million accountants.
The next step followed. Firms that couldn't hire fast enough at home, and wanted their own people rather than an outsourced team, asked Miles to build their offices in India.
