About Miles Talent Hub
At Miles Talent Hub, we work backwards from industry shortages and build innovative pathways to expand the talent pipeline. With the US currently facing a huge shortage of accountants, nurses and healthcare professionals, we’re focused on making these professions more appealing and dynamic to expand the domestic talent pipeline. At the same time, we’re also leveraging the power of STEM to build an international talent pool eligible to work in the US creating a win-win scenario—industries overcome their talent gaps, while professionals get the chance to live the American Dream.
Accounting

As an alternative to outsourcing, Miles is not only bringing the “x” factor back to accounting and expanding the domestic talent pipeline but has also created a robust STEM-powered pathway for international accountants to work in the US.
Nursing
With a current nursing crisis slated to aggravate further with 80% of the nurses expected to retire in the next 20 years, Miles is curating a talent pool of international USRNs and building pathways for these experienced nurses to work in US healthcare facilities and care for America.
